South-South Cooperation Seminar

A group of government officials from the Ministry of Agriculture in The Bahamas have been touring China for the past three weeks, commencing with the China-Caribbean Economic and Trade Cooperation Forum and the 11th China International Fair for Investment and Trade, both in Xiamen.

As participants in the “South-South Cooperation Seminar on Agricultural Technology for Caribbean and South Pacific Countries”, they visited several provinces and cities, reviewing various aspects of the Chinese agricultural sector; and they completed the exercise at the China Agricultural University, Beijing.

 
At the closing ceremonies on September 19, Head of Mission made a brief intervention.
