• Memorandum of Understanding between the Export-Import Bank of China and the Government of the Commonwealth of The Bahamas

• Memorandum of Understanding on Agricultural Cooperation between the Ministry of Agriculture and Marine Resources of the Commonwealth of The Bahamas and the Ministry of Agriculture of the People’s Republic of China

• Agreement between the Government of the Commonwealth of The Bahamas and the Government of the People’s Republic of China regarding the Waiver of Visa Requirements for Holders of Diplomatic Passports

• Agreement on Economic and Technical Cooperation between the Government of the Commonwealth of The Bahamas and the Government of the People’s Republic of China

2011:

• The completion and handover of two projects to build a port and a bridge on the island of Abaco in The Bahamas.

2013:

• “Agreement on Mutual Exemption of Visa between the Government of the People’s Republic of China and the Government of the Commonwealth of The Bahamas” was signed by Chinese Vice Foreign Minister Xie Hangsheng and Bahamian Foreign Minister Fred Mitchell.

• 

2014:

• Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement: The Bahamas and China signed an Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreement. The agreement focused on promoting economic cooperation and facilitating technical assistance between the two countries.

2019:

• The Government of The Bahamas via the Ministry of Foreign Affairs signed the $12 million Bilateral Economic and Technical Cooperation Agreements for infrastructural development with the Government of the People’s Republic of China.

• Memorandum of Understanding on Fisheries Cooperation: The Bahamas and China signed an MOU on Fisheries Cooperation. This agreement focused on enhancing collaboration in fisheries management, conservation, and development.

• The Quarantine and Health Requirements Protocol for Edible Aquatic Animals was signed (Import of Live Aquatic Animals into China / Lobster Agreement).

• an Air Service Argeement was discussed to establish more direct air services between the two countries. This Agreement has not yet been ratified.

2021:

• COVID-19 Vaccine Cooperation: In early 2021, The Bahamas received doses of the Sinopharm COVID-19 vaccine, developed by China's Sinopharm Group, as part of a vaccine donation program

2022:

• The Hunan Province signed three agreements to advance bilateral cooperation between the two countries. These agreements included: A Letter of Intent to establish Sister Island/ Province Relations between Grand Bahama and Hunan Province of China with the Ministry for Grand Bahama, a Memorandum of Understanding on Agricultural Cooperation with the Ministry of Agriculture, Marine Resources, and Family Island Affairs and a Handover Certificate of Donated Medical Equipment with the Ministry of Health and Wellness.
