Chinese Foreign Minister in The Bahamas

The Foreign Minister of the People's Republic of China, Li Zhaoxing, arrived in The Bahamas on Friday, 19th May for a one-day visit.

He was hosted by the Bahamas Minister of Foreign Affairs, the Honourable Fred Mitchell.

The two Ministers discussed matters of mutual concern, including recent

developments at the United Nations and in the world, and reviewed developments on the design and construction of the new 30 million dollar stadium being donated by the People's Republic of China. The photo shows the two men exchanging greetings at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Nassau.
